Shipping Coverage
Kidsofmoon ships orders to customers in the United States and selected international destinations where shipping service is available. Orders are processed after successful order placement and payment confirmation. International shipping availability and any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.
Shipping Rates & Costs
We offer free standard shipping on orders shipped within the United States. Any applicable shipping charges for selected international destinations will be shown before completing checkout.
Order Processing Time
Orders are reviewed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). After processing is completed, your order will be handed over to the carrier for delivery.
Estimated Shipping & Transit Time
After dispatch, the estimated standard delivery transit time is 6–9 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, customs processing, or other transportation-related issues.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available after the carrier receives the package.
Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an address error, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@kidsofmoon.com. We will make reasonable efforts to assist with address changes before shipment.
